Generation Ziglar was a remarkable organization that was always looking to make a positive impact on young people’s lives. As it continued to grow and evolve, the organization underwent a significant change when it changed its name to Generation Youth. The new name was reflective of the organization’s desire to impact future generations of young people, not just those in the Generation Z demographic.
Founder James McLamb spearheaded the change, recognizing that the organization’s vision and values could be applied to young people from all walks of life. The shift in focus was a testament to the organization’s commitment to making a lasting impact on future generations.
To further this mission, McLamb started the organization’s podcast, which provided an opportunity to share insights and experiences with young people across the globe. The podcast became an essential tool for the organization to reach a broader audience and connect with young people in a meaningful way.
Additionally, Generation Youth created the Youth Life Coaching Certification, which was designed to train and equip people with the tools they needed to become effective youth life coaches. This program was an innovative approach to youth development, providing young people with the skills and knowledge they needed to make a positive impact on their peers’ lives.
Overall, Generation Youth’s commitment to young people’s development was evident in its name change, podcast, and youth coaching certification. The organization’s legacy continues to inspire and motivate future generations of young people to become confident, capable leaders who can make a positive difference in their communities.
