A national youth empowerment strategist, speaker, and founder of Generation Youth. With a background in education and nearly a decade of classroom experience, James equips students and the adults who serve them with tools for resilience, confidence, and leadership.

He is the author of Tomorrow’s Youth and creator of the Ignite 30-Day Student Journal series and the Rooted & Ready devotional for summer camp staff. James also leads Generation Youth Coach Certification, training adults to mentor and coach teens with emotional intelligence and purpose.

A former high school agriculture teacher, James blends academic training in youth development with hands-on experience shaping the next generation. His work has influenced schools, camps, churches, and youth organizations nationwide, and his podcast, Generation Youth, features leaders and practitioners committed to helping young people thrive.

James is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and is available for speaking engagements, interviews, and partnerships focused on developing strong, confident youth and the leaders who support them.
